Responsibilities

• Are you excited by working on projects with changing technologies?
• Whether you've mainly worked in JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C#, Python or other languages — we're looking for developers who are curious and can quickly learn new technologies.
• You develop software in a test-driven manner and with the highest quality standards.
• You support our clients in Agile Software Engineering — applying Clean Code and Extreme Programming practices.
• Automated tests are an essential part of your working style, and you rely on Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
• You develop innovative solutions across various projects — from cloud-based web applications and mobile apps to distributed systems — using a broad spectrum of technologies that adapts to each project.
• You work as a full-stack developer with a variety of technologies as part of a cross-functional team.
• You actively contribute agile methods to the development process and thus help drive continuous improvement.
• You apply your experience in software architecture to realize high-quality, maintainable software solutions.
• You carry out these tasks for clients in the region, as we generally operate on a regional basis.

Requirements

• You have a completed university degree or an equivalent qualification.
• You have relevant practical experience in software development, ideally in project-based work.
• You are familiar with functional or object-oriented development, e.g., with languages such as Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python or similar technologies.
• You bring openness and willingness to learn in order to get acquainted with new technologies and frameworks — whether in frontend, backend or architecture.
• You are attracted by the prospect of working in an agile, self-organized team.
• You have very good German language skills (C1).
