Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software throughout the end-to-end lifecycle
- Develop, maintain, enhance, and optimize software products and functionalities
- Participate in the agile software development lifecycle including planning and reviews
- Debug and resolve issues to ensure reliability and efficiency
- Perform software development and participate in code reviews
- Develop, establish, monitor, and improve software processes and metrics
- Execute and document software research and development projects
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in foundational Computer Science knowledge and object-oriented design
- 3+ years’ experience in Java/C++/Python object-oriented programming on full stack software projects/programs
- Active Top-Secret U.S. Security Clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility
- Successful completion of CI Polygraph post start
- 5+ years' related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred)
- Bachelor of Science degree in relevant fields (preferred)
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JS frameworks, Spring Framework, Hibernate, RDBMS, noSQL, REST/Open API
- Experience with Agile or SAFe practices
- Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD), DevSecOps, CI/CD management
- Experience using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI
- Experience with middleware technologies, especially Java Message Service (JMS) and WebLogic
- Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB data systems
- Experience in writing and executing test cases
