About the role
- Power Electronics Senior Engineer developing custom mixed signal integrated circuits for HDD operation. Collaborating across functional teams to integrate silicon into Seagate end products.
Responsibilities
- Work on a variety of projects including silicon development and design / verification of power distribution systems
- Participate in silicon development activities centering on specification, design and validation of full custom integrated power electronics
- Conduct behavioral level modeling and design to help guide vendor efforts
- Work closely with other functional teams to integrate silicon into Seagate end products
- Own voltage budgeting to ensure critical voltage constraints will be satisfied in volume production
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and generate system level models
- Perform simulations to highlight issues and areas for improvement
Requirements
