About the role

  • Strategic development and management of high-reach/high-profile sports accounts (e.g., football and motorsport)
  • Conceptualizing and creating content plans
  • Independently producing content and briefing video editors and graphic designers
  • Publishing content, primarily on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
  • On-site event coverage including Instagram Story coverage and production of vertical short-form content
  • On-handle and off-handle community management
  • Content analysis including data-driven recommendations for action

Requirements

  • At least 2–3 years of social media experience, ideally in the sports sector
  • Strong familiarity with major social media platforms, their features and algorithms
  • A good sense for compelling social media content and relevant trends
  • Broad interest in sports with a willingness to take on new topics and tasks
  • Independent, reliable and structured working style
  • Knowledge of image and video editing (Photoshop/Premiere) and animation (After Effects) is a plus
  • Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends
