Responsibilities
You develop, implement and manage social media and content strategies for our clients, primarily in the B2B sector
You plan social media content tailored to the appropriate platform and execute it together with our graphic design team
You handle the operational management of social media channels (content creation, issue management)
You take care of community management as well as monitoring and reporting campaign results
You are responsible for editorial planning
You spot and leverage current or emerging trends to adapt them for our clients
You identify growth and communication opportunities for our clients
You provide proactive client consulting and account management
You ensure quality standards and brand-compliant presentation of our clients across social media
Requirements
You have a degree in communications, marketing, business administration or a comparable qualification
You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally on the agency side
You bring professional experience in B2B communications
You have a strong affinity for integrating text, visuals and content
You are familiar with all major social networks and comfortable using them
You have a strong interest in real estate and/or finance topics
You are able to quickly and efficiently familiarize yourself with different topics and specialist areas
You are reliable, work independently and demonstrate analytical thinking and action
You have a strong team spirit and high commitment
You possess very good MS Office skills and a good command of English
You have excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills
