About the role

  • Manage day-to-day content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, prioritizing LinkedIn for B2B brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, schedule, and publish posts in alignment with corporate branding and group guidelines.
  • Track, analyze, and report on LinkedIn performance (engagement, impressions, lead gen), and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor industry and competitor activity on LinkedIn to identify opportunities.
  • Respond to comments and engage with audiences in a timely and professional manner.
  • Write compelling copy for LinkedIn posts, thought-leadership updates, and product campaigns.
  • Develop basic visuals (using Canva/Adobe or similar tools) or coordinate with designers for multimedia content.
  • Support the execution of regional/global campaigns, adapting assets for LinkedIn audiences.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate brand voice and global digital marketing standards.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of hands-on social media experience, with proven expertise in LinkedIn content management for B2B audiences (campaigns, analytics, reporting).
  • Strong content creation skills: copywriting essential; design/visual skills a plus.
  • Experience working in a regional or global MNC environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative with excellent communication skills.
