  • Lead on the creation of short-form social content — from concepting and scripting to shooting, editing, and publishing.
  • Capture authentic, in-the-moment footage that reflects the brand’s spirit and community.
  • Direct and collaborate with talent, athletes, and creators to produce co-created, story-driven content.
  • Ensure all content is optimised for each platform, with a focus on storytelling, engagement, and shareability.
  • Manage shoots end-to-end, from planning to post-production.
  • Support the development of the brand’s social strategy, ensuring a consistent drumbeat of creative and culturally relevant storytelling.

  • Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, and design teams to ensure a cohesive visual and tonal identity across all channels.
  • Be actively involved in the brand’s social presence — engaging with the community, responding to messages, and joining conversations.
  • Identify opportunities to amplify user-generated and creator-led content that strengthens community connection.
  • Track and report on content performance to identify what resonates and where to evolve.
  • Use data and social insights to inform creative direction and continually improve reach and engagement.

  • Deep understanding of current trends, sounds, and formats, with the instinct to adapt them for brand authenticity.
  • Creative, proactive, and resourceful, comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving environment.
