Requirements

- Proven experience in implementing ServiceNow ITAM, HAM, SAM Pro, and CMDB modules.
- Deep understanding of asset lifecycle management across IT, software, and OT domains.
- Familiarity with industry standards: ITIL v4, ISO/IEC 19770, NIST CSF.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams including IT Operations, Security, and Finance.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
