Requirements
Two to four years' experience in a professional IT support setting
At least one major certification: CCNA, CCDA, CCIE, AZ104 or a combination of any two of: A+, Network +, Security +, Project +
Experience using remote take-control services
Eager to problem solve and help users, no matter how simple the solution
Ability to process auditory information while performing technical tasks
Ability to provide accurate time estimates for how long a task will take
Experience with basic network administration, including adding/removing users, configuring file permissions, checking event logs, configuring and restoring from backup
Understanding of and ability to install, configure and test workstation hardware including video cards, NICs, sound cards, hard drives, and mobile devices
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions and exceeding client expectations.
