About the role

  • drive the financial controlling of the NAM DX Customer Service functions
  • manage the monthly and quarterly closing activities
  • analyze the NAM DX service performance, identify key trends and provide actionable insights to finance and operational stakeholders
  • coordinate and integrate financial planning, reporting and analysis within the service finance team
  • prepare executive level financial reports and presentations and assist in coordinating operating model, business reviews and annual budgeting process
  • ensure integrity and accuracy of financial reporting and identify operational and financial risks

Requirements

  • several years of relevant experience in financial analysis and operational controlling
  • self-starter capable of bringing projects to successful conclusion with minimal supervision
  • strong analytical and financial skills
  • good understanding of financial planning processes and KPIs
  • thrive working in a team setting and have excellent abilities to coordinate and collaborate
  • very good user skills in MS Office 365
  • good knowledge of financial planning and analysis tools, including Jedox, SAP and other financial reporting systems
  • willing to undertake travel activities of approximately 10%
