About the role
- Junior Controller supporting economic management and financial planning for INN-tegrativ gGmbH. Involves business partnering, KPIs monitoring, and cost analysis.
Responsibilities
- Business partnering – You support our profit center managers in financial governance and participate in budget and advisory discussions.
- Financial planning and forecasting – You actively contribute to the preparation of the annual budget and regular forecasts and analyze variances.
- KPIs and reporting – You develop and monitor KPIs as well as monthly reports and further enhance existing analyses.
- Cost accounting and analyses – You support the team in cost-center and cost-object accounting and take part in profitability and investment analyses.
- Data management and projects – You maintain our controlling systems, ensure data quality, and work on cross-departmental projects as well as on the development of our ERP and controlling systems.
Requirements
- Degree in business administration with a focus on controlling/finance or a commercial apprenticeship with additional qualification in controlling
- Initial professional experience in controlling is an advantage
- Structured, analytical and independent working style
- Enjoy working in teams and a proactive approach
- Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel
