About the role
- Controller focusing on Reporting and BI at Vollmann Group, a prominent automotive industry group. Responsibilities include report creation and BI tool management.
Responsibilities
- Independently create, develop and maintain reports and dashboards in the BI tool ENVENTA BI (formerly ARUBA BI)
- Maintain and optimize existing Excel reports and gradually migrate them into the BI tool
- Collect and prepare data; create and distribute management dashboards and ad-hoc analyses for executive management
- Support the setup and expansion of controlling for a manufacturing subsidiary abroad, including maintenance of relevant master data as well as creation and optimization of reports
- Actively participate in projects related to our ERP system proALPHA (development of analyses/reports, integration of new programs/modules, testing, process optimizations, etc.)
Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional experience in controlling and/or reporting
- Good knowledge of ENVENTA BI / ARUBA BI or a comparable BI tool (Power BI, Qlik)
- Experience with proALPHA is desirable
- Structured understanding of processes
- Advanced Excel skills
- Analytical thinking, a structured working style and strong numerical aptitude
- Team player with enthusiasm for actively shaping processes
