Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include the sales and support of our service offerings related to construction machinery within the operational area of the Hanover branch
You will provide personal, independent support and advice to your customers
You are responsible for selling after-sales services and spare parts
With your subject-matter expertise you will support the sales and implementation of digital service solutions
With strong commitment you will advise existing customers, acquire new customers and actively contribute to the quality of our customer service
You will also coordinate service and spare-parts orders and prepare repair quotations

Requirements
Education - You have successfully completed a commercial or technical vocational training
Practical experience - You have experience in service sales, dispatch/scheduling and spare parts sales
Customer and sales orientation - You demonstrate a strong sales orientation and customer-focused approach
Self-starter & team player - Commitment and strong communication skills are among your strengths
IT skills - Confident use of common MS Office programs, DispoTool and Salesforce completes your profile
