About the role

  • Your responsibilities include the sales and support of our service offerings related to construction machinery within the operational area of the Hanover branch
  • You will provide personal, independent support and advice to your customers
  • You are responsible for selling after-sales services and spare parts
  • With your subject-matter expertise you will support the sales and implementation of digital service solutions
  • With strong commitment you will advise existing customers, acquire new customers and actively contribute to the quality of our customer service
  • You will also coordinate service and spare-parts orders and prepare repair quotations
  • You will develop tailored solutions from our extensive range of services that are aligned with the needs of our customers

Requirements

  • Education - You have successfully completed a commercial or technical vocational training
  • Practical experience - You have experience in service sales, dispatch/scheduling and spare parts sales
  • Customer and sales orientation - You demonstrate a strong sales orientation and customer-focused approach
  • Self-starter & team player - Commitment and strong communication skills are among your strengths
  • IT skills - Confident use of common MS Office programs, DispoTool and Salesforce completes your profile
