About the role

  • Sales Representative managing regional customer accounts in the automotive parts sector. Focusing on customer acquisition, sales optimization, and market analysis in Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and advise an existing regional customer base and acquire new customers in the commercial vehicle sector
  • Independently plan and conduct customer appointments
  • Actively sell the product range
  • Optimize and further develop existing sales processes
  • Conduct market monitoring and competitive analysis
  • Support sales and customer events
  • Conduct needs and potential analyses (Customer 360 analysis tool)
  • Responsible for revenue and profitability
  • Participation in WM workshop trade fairs

Requirements

  • Completed technical or commercial vocational training, preferably in the automotive sector
  • Field sales experience within the automotive sector
  • Understanding of market and customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation, always presenting a friendly and professional manner
  • Good written and spoken German
  • Persuasiveness and negotiation skills
  • Confident user of MS Office applications
  • Valid driving license class B (or class 3)
