About the role

  • Coordinate all aspects of mechanical workshop service administration, including opening work orders
  • Manage mechanical workshop service invoicing, job closures, and purchasing processes including purchase orders and accounts payable
  • Accurately process labour entries and support WIP/PIP management aligned with KPIs
  • Collaborate with internal departments and Customer Service Advisors to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Balance multiple tasks and deadlines while supporting branch and corporate performance targets
  • Provide backup support for the admin team during breaks, leave, or peak workload periods

Requirements

  • Proven experience in fast-paced mechanical workshop service environment, handling diverse inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with customers and stakeholders effectively
  • Exceptional organizational skills, prioritizing conflicting tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and expectations
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Suite; training provided on other programs
  • Administrative skills in a service industry are beneficial
  • Technical Experience is beneficial
