About the role
- Deliver high-quality design across web, campaigns, social, events, and community touchpoints
- Lead creative execution for major launches and activations (e.g. ETHDenver, Korea Blockchain Week)
- Translate brand direction into clear, consistent visuals across multiple formats, both digital and physical
- Work closely with marketing, content, and community teams to deliver effective design solutions that balance creativity and clarity
- Contribute to evolving Story’s brand system, ensuring consistency while leaving space for creative expression
- Bring strong communication to feedback loops, collaborating effectively with both design and non-design stakeholders
- Collaborate with Head of Design, Art Director, and marketing team to bring campaigns, events, and digital experiences to life
- Own projects end to end, work independently in fast-paced environments, and contribute polished design that reflects the direction of the brand
- Set a high standard for design craft and execution as a senior individual contributor
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in visual or brand design, with a focus on web and digital-first execution
- A strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, campaign work, and polished marketing design
- Independent and reliable, able to take a project from concept to delivery without heavy oversight
- Strong communicator who can present ideas clearly and adapt based on feedback
- Comfortable working in North American time zones for collaboration
- Curiosity about crypto/web3 and the future of internet-native creative economies
- Bonus Points: Experience with web3 or emerging tech brands
