About the role
- Translation Lead managing complex translation projects, collaborating with vendors and stakeholders in healthcare. Leading project execution and showcasing expertise in translation processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage planning and execution of translation project deliverables
- Lead cross-functional project meetings to ensure project plans, deliverables and prioritization are successfully implemented
- Lead dedicated translation planning and process execution
- Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for translation processes that support Product UI/Screens, Product Labeling, Advertising and Promotional Materials
- Participate in and support all product franchise and/or quality related program activities
- Manage any questions or concerns that occur during translations projects
- Monitors and provides status updates for project plans, project schedules in support of Product Labeling Project Managers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years translation project management work experience
- A minimum of 5 years’ Healthcare/life sciences experience is required.
- 5 years’ experience working within a regulated industry
- Strong knowledge with MS Office, including Outlook, Project, and Visio.
- Strong working knowledge and experience with translation vendors and translation management tools.
- Experience with document management systems, such as Agile PLM and SharePoint.
