About the role
- Own and define test strategies for stories, features, and team deliverables
- Provide guidance on testing patterns, frameworks, and best practices across teams
- Contribute to enterprise QA initiatives and roadmap planning
- Lead automation code reviews, identify risks, and drive continuous improvements
- Apply advanced skills in test strategy, planning, and automation frameworks
- Troubleshoot complex system issues, integrating testing solutions across technologies
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Mentor junior and mid-level test engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning
Requirements
- 8+ years of software testing experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Expertise in UI, API, and Mobile testing with advanced automation experience
- Strong background in non-functional testing (performance, security, scalability)
- Proficiency in modern test automation tools, CI/CD, and test data management
- Proven ability to design and implement test architecture and frameworks
- Experience using AI-powered test frameworks (self-healing tests, autonomous test generation, intelligent test prioritization)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with a leadership mindset
