About the role

Responsibilities
- Act as the technical reference for software quality at the client, ensuring product excellence through the application of advanced testing practices, continuous process improvement and active collaboration with development and business teams.
- Plan and execute functional and automated testing strategies, focusing on critical systems.
- Participate in planning meetings and scope definition together with managers and stakeholders.
- Assess the impact of system changes and propose solutions that ensure the stability and reliability of deliveries.
- Prepare test plans, test scenarios and test cases based on functional and technical requirements.
- Perform exploratory, regression, integration, end-to-end (E2E), accessibility, security and performance testing.
- Work with development teams to ensure quality criteria are applied from the early stages of the software lifecycle.
- Contribute to the technical and functional documentation of the systems under test.
- Propose continuous improvements to QA processes and participate in the implementation of standards and best practices.
- Share knowledge with the team and act as a technical mentor for less experienced professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of QA experience, working on complex projects and in corporate environments.
- Proficiency with testing and automation tools.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and practices such as BDD, TDD and ATDD.
- Strong analytical skills, clear communication, collaboration and results orientation.
- Previous experience with financial systems is desirable.
