About the role

  • Drive sales into commercial accounts across Malaysia for Cloudflare’s solutions
  • Proactively penetrate target named accounts through hunter activities and detailed account planning
  • Develop and execute Sales strategy/plan for assigned vertical or accounts
  • Lead focused sales campaigns and drive engagement with senior level decision makers to successful closure
  • Create and deliver compelling value propositions for Cloudflare solutions to large accounts
  • Manage contract negotiations
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Channel Account Managers, BDRs, Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and Sales Operations
  • Travel up to <50%

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Relevant direct experience and relationships within largest corporate accounts in the Malaysia market
  • Minimum 10 years of direct B2B selling experience
  • Direct experience selling network security and/or CDN solutions and services preferred
  • Prior experience being part of an early sales team for a US-based SaaS company highly preferred
  • Experience managing longer, complex sales cycles
  • Basic understanding of computer networking and “how the internet works”
  • Technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS a plus
  • Strong interpersonal communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated; entrepreneurial spirit
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced dynamic environment
