About the role

• Senior Technical Content Manager overseeing content strategy and execution for global technology products. Collaborating with teams to deliver high-quality content loved by developers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire content pipeline, from assigning topics to writers to publishing the final, polished article;
• Coordinate an external team of expert technical writers;
• Act as the final editor and fact-checker for all content - editing for technical accuracy, clarity, grammar and brand voice and on-page SEO;
• Write and/or update high-priority content - core landing pages, product announcements, and email marketing campaigns;
• Collaborate with SEO team to translate strategic goals into actionable briefs for writers;
• Ensure a consistent publishing schedule;
• Collaborate with product, engineering and data teams;
• Stay on top of industry trends.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing (preferably for B2B and technical product)
• Strong understanding of technology, the developer community, and storytelling
• A proven track record of coordinating freelance writers or a team
• A history of driving significant results and measurable growth
• A strong sense of ownership and a high drive for results
• Fluency in English.
