Responsibilities
- Manage the entire content pipeline, from assigning topics to writers to publishing the final, polished article;
- Coordinate an external team of expert technical writers;
- Act as the final editor and fact-checker for all content - editing for technical accuracy, clarity, grammar and brand voice and on-page SEO;
- Write and/or update high-priority content - core landing pages, product announcements, and email marketing campaigns;
- Collaborate with SEO team to translate strategic goals into actionable briefs for writers;
- Ensure a consistent publishing schedule;
- Collaborate with product, engineering and data teams;
- Stay on top of industry trends.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing (preferably for B2B and technical product);
- Strong understanding of technology, the developer community, and storytelling;
- A proven track record of coordinating freelance writers or a team;
- A history of driving significant results and measurable growth;
- A strong sense of ownership and a high drive for results;
- Fluency in English.
