About the role
- Tax Analyst interpreting legal documents and providing support for administrative and judicial processes. Collaborating with internal departments and ensuring compliance with government regulations.
Responsibilities
- Reading and interpretation of basic legal documents.
- Experience with CND (tax clearance certificates), DTE and handling interactions with tax authorities, notifications, tax enforcement/executions, etc.
- Preparation of standard documents: powers of attorney, notifications, and simple drafts.
- Support in the management of administrative and judicial proceedings (monitoring and control).
- Maintaining and updating spreadsheets for cases and documents.
- Monitoring legal and administrative deadlines.
- Liaising with internal departments to collect information and documents.
- Registering/uploading documents into internal systems.
- Tracking deadlines, cases and related documents.
Requirements
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Familiarity with government agency systems (Receita Federal, SEFAZ, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Law, Business Administration or a related field.
- Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
