Lead implementation and integration of SAP SuccessFactors modules in technology projects with a focus on HR efficiencies. Collaborate with teams to ensure quality and adherence to requirements.
Responsibilities
Responsible for leading the implementation, enhancement and integration of the EP, EC, ECP (Payroll), Learning, and Performance & Goals modules, ensuring alignment with business needs, deadlines and quality.
Projects & integrations: lead implementations and optimizations, define interfaces and integrate SuccessFactors with other SAP and third-party systems.
Requirements & processes: map HR, occupational health and safety processes, gather technical and functional requirements, and prepare specifications.
Configuration & customization: configure SuccessFactors modules and related SAP ecosystem solutions to maximize use of available functionality.
Quality & testing: design test scenarios, execute unit and integrated tests, support user acceptance and monitor post-go-live activities.
Data: plan, monitor and validate data migrations to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Governance & project management: support definition of scope, schedule, budget and technical feasibility; document requirements, flows, configurations and manuals.
Adoption & training: train end users and drive automation/digital transformation in the supported areas.
Collaboration: work with other analysts to assess impact of requests and ensure full delivery of requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields.
Experience with Employee Profiles (EP) and Employee Central (EC).
Working knowledge of Payroll (ECP).
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Experience with Performance & Goals (P&G).
Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with other systems.
Knowledge of interfaces and APIs, data migration, testing and solution validation.
Advanced English (reading and writing).
Ability to produce technical feasibility studies, document processes and influence technical decisions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and demand management skills.
Preferred: Certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate – Human Capital Management or similar.
Preferred: Knowledge of and/or prior experience with agile project implementation methodologies.
