About the role

  • Manage the archiving of Relativity databases, developing, managing and documenting workflow processes to identify, archive, and delete materials per deletion policy and NARA guidance
  • Consult with COR, Government Case Managers, and trial attorneys regarding system requirements and technical approach
  • Determine system and project requirements and design systems to meet those requirements
  • Perform systems evaluations, program validations, and testing on smaller projects
  • Make presentations of findings, recommendations, and specifications in formal reports and oral presentations
  • Consult with COR on task orders, scheduling, personnel assignments, priorities, progress reporting, and cost estimates
  • Report on contract and task order progress and ensure timeliness of deliverables and quality control
  • Direct and supervise personnel assigned to task orders and ensure conformance to work standards and functional requirements
  • Prepare system/technical documentation, training material and manuals, and organize user training sessions
  • Work under the configuration management plan and perform/supervise technical aspects of tasks

Requirements

  • Significant Relativity experience including the creation of ARM’s (Archive/Restore/Move)
  • Must be able to create and refine Relativity ARM workflows and standard operating procedures
  • Must demonstrate substantial, hands-on, successful experience in actually doing the work on the systems being used, usually at least five years of such experience
  • Requires broad knowledge of the Government's IT environments, including office automation networks, and PC and server-based databases and applications
  • Experience in a litigation support environment is extremely helpful
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
  • Supervisory experience very strongly preferred
  • Ability to lead a technical team and to design and implement a whole system solution responsive to attorneys' needs
  • Undergraduate degree strongly preferred, preferably in computer science or information management/technology disciplines
  • Must be able to obtain a favorably adjudicated Public Trust Clearance
  • Relativity Certified Administrator or Relativity Infrastructure Specialist Certificate (ideal)
