About the role
- Sr Supply Planner performing monthly Supply/Inventory Planning process at Honeywell. Achieving maximum customer satisfaction while ensuring working capital remains within business goals.
Responsibilities
- Execute transformation initiatives and partner with the SBG and CORP COEs and SMEs to deploy the Honeywell Global Design Model (GDM) and adopt the RapidResponse planning tools for the allocated site/network
- Close involvement in product lifecycle events and transitions to ensure the network supply strategy delivers on the product portfolio vitality goals
- Actively manage relationships with suppliers & other regional distributions center & planning team
- Monitor supply and demand imbalances and communication/escalate
- Utilizing Lean and Six Sigma techniques to rapid problem solve issues that impact KPI to drive continuous improvement actions that lead to world class performance
- Detailed involvement in transitions
- Create the monthly Supply / Inventory Plans
- Attending SIOP Supply Review Meetings (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning)
- Deputizing for the Supply Planning Supervisor/Manager in presenting Supply Plans and Scenarios in the SIOP Supply Review meetings
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Supply Chain (supply planning, materials management, demand planning)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain/ Logistics/ Engineering/ Economics
- Advanced knowledge of supply chains
- Good knowledge of SAP MM
- SIOP knowledge (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning)
- Six Sigma Green Belt is preferable
- APICS, CPIM, CPSM, or CPF certification is preferable
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good knowledge of Rapid Response
- Kinaxis, Power BI, Tableau
- Exceptional analytics capability (Excel, Macro’s, Sequel Server, Tableau)
- Program Management or equivalent experience
- Fluent in Romanian and English.
