Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or similar.
5–10+ years of leadership experience in supply chain or logistics in an international environment.
Proven results in process optimization and operational improvements.
Experience with planning systems, ERP tools, and data-driven decision making.
Excellent English skills.
Proactive working style focused on clarity and execution.
Ability to improve workflows and reduce costs.
Strong collaboration skills across functions and locations.
Experience in high-mix, low-volume or regulated industries is an advantage.
