About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and continuously optimize end‑to‑end supply chain processes to support operational excellence.
  • Lead teams across Denmark and Poland, ensuring alignment, clear priorities, and strong performance.
  • Promote a disciplined, data‑driven approach to improving supply chain efficiency.
  • Develop demand and supply planning to ensure accurate forecasts and stable inventory.
  • Drive S&OP processes and ensure cross‑functional alignment across multiple locations.
  • Manage domestic and international transportation to ensure timely, reliable deliveries.
  • Build and maintain strong collaborations with logistics and transportation partners.
  • Use KPIs to monitor and improve performance.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks and opportunities for smarter, more cost‑effective workflows.
  • Develop, coach, and empower your team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and strong execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or similar.
  • 5–10+ years of leadership experience in supply chain or logistics in an international environment.
  • Proven results in process optimization and operational improvements.
  • Experience with planning systems, ERP tools, and data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent English skills.
  • Proactive working style focused on clarity and execution.
  • Ability to improve workflows and reduce costs.
  • Strong collaboration skills across functions and locations.
  • Experience in high-mix, low-volume or regulated industries is an advantage.
  • Lean/continuous improvement background is a plus.
