Responsibilities
Develop and manage ENERCON’s strategic initiatives across functions and regions
Lead analytical workstreams and structure complex problem-solving approaches
Support the Executive Board in defining corporate priorities, KPIs, and governance mechanisms
Drive performance improvements and transformation programs in collaboration with functions and business units
Prepare management presentations and decision papers for the CEO and the Supervisory Board
Support project teams and foster a results-oriented, analytical culture within the organization
Requirements
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred)
2–6+ years of experience in top management consulting (MBB/T2) or in a corporate strategy/transformation role
Strong strategic, analytical, and conceptual problem-solving skills
Executive-level communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Power BI or other visualization tools is an advantage
Fluent in English; German skills (B2+) preferred
