Responsibilities

- Oversees high-level meetings regarding complex strategy subjects, building alignment and driving decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 5+ years’ experience performing strategy related work (e.g. market or competitive research and analysis, strategy development, facilitating strategic decisions)
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally 10-25% of the time to support business and team requirements
- 7+ years’ experience performing strategy related work (preferred)
- Previous experience in the industrial, defense, or aerospace industry, especially in aerospace & defense aftermarket services (preferred)
- Experience in developing long-term strategies and being a strategic business partner supporting a leadership team (preferred)
- Previous consulting or business strategy experience (preferred)
- MBA or advanced business/finance, strategy, or international degrees preferred (preferred)
