About the role

Construction Analyst role managing data accuracy and construction progress at CloudFactory. Collaborating with teams to ensure high standards and efficiency in project delivery.

Responsibilities

Construction Progress Verification
Review visual data from site walkthroughs to verify construction stages against plans and schedules using digital and model-based tools.
Data Quality Assurance & Labeling
Conduct quality checks on annotated data related to construction stages; ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with project expectations.
Project Quality Reviews
Perform full-scope reviews of project data to identify gaps, coordination issues, or breakdowns in implementation. Document findings and suggest improvements.
Support Ticket Oversight
Review and monitor the resolution of customer support tickets to ensure issues are addressed efficiently and accurately. Minimize recurring tickets and flag process gaps.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with quality, analyst, and operations teams to maintain high data standards and ensure successful client outcomes.
Specialization & Domain Expertise
Build deep expertise in the types of data and construction elements analyzed; contribute to evolving internal quality and labeling standards.

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management or a closely related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience on construction site or managing construction projects.
Comprehensive understanding of construction phases and processes.
Proficiency in comprehending and working with complex technical systems.
Experience with project tracking tools, construction software, or data visualization platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Exceptional attention to detail, with a proven ability to ensure accuracy and precision in all project deliverables.
Demonstrated capacity for rapid learning and adaptability within dynamic and fast-paced environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) is advantageous.
Ability to work on site at our office in Lalitpur, Kathmandu.
