About the role

  • Construction Analyst role managing data accuracy and construction progress at CloudFactory. Collaborating with teams to ensure high standards and efficiency in project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Construction Progress Verification
  • Review visual data from site walkthroughs to verify construction stages against plans and schedules using digital and model-based tools.
  • Data Quality Assurance & Labeling
  • Conduct quality checks on annotated data related to construction stages; ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with project expectations.
  • Project Quality Reviews
  • Perform full-scope reviews of project data to identify gaps, coordination issues, or breakdowns in implementation. Document findings and suggest improvements.
  • Support Ticket Oversight
  • Review and monitor the resolution of customer support tickets to ensure issues are addressed efficiently and accurately. Minimize recurring tickets and flag process gaps.
  • Collaboration & Communication
  • Work closely with quality, analyst, and operations teams to maintain high data standards and ensure successful client outcomes.
  • Specialization & Domain Expertise
  • Build deep expertise in the types of data and construction elements analyzed; contribute to evolving internal quality and labeling standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience on construction site or managing construction projects.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction phases and processes.
  • Proficiency in comprehending and working with complex technical systems.
  • Experience with project tracking tools, construction software, or data visualization platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a proven ability to ensure accuracy and precision in all project deliverables.
  • Demonstrated capacity for rapid learning and adaptability within dynamic and fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) is advantageous.
  • Ability to work on site at our office in Lalitpur, Kathmandu.
