About the role

  • Service Desk Analyst supporting agency technology needs and troubleshooting issues at MERS Goodwill. Focus on professionalism and teamwork in the Management Information Systems team.

Responsibilities

  • Support agency technology needs, all divisions, maintain a high-level professionalism with staff clients and external contacts.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Load and unload computers and other equipment for installation, removal, or exchange.
  • Create email accounts for new staff.
  • Register installation and point-of-sale hardware configuration.
  • Maintain inventory of computers, registers, equipment, and tools.
  • Maintain a high level of technical support.
  • Analyze service log files to identify problem areas.
  • Effectively participate in on-call rotation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma with a minimum of 2-years' experience with technology support is required.
  • Associate Degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to trouble shoot hardware and software issues, along with computer installation and repair.

  • Inventory of computers, registers, equipment, and tools.
