Responsibilities
Support agency technology needs, all divisions, maintain a high-level professionalism with staff clients and external contacts.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Load and unload computers and other equipment for installation, removal, or exchange.
Create email accounts for new staff.
Register installation and point-of-sale hardware configuration.
Maintain inventory of computers, registers, equipment, and tools.
Maintain a high level of technical support.
Analyze service log files to identify problem areas.
Effectively participate in on-call rotation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High School Diploma with a minimum of 2-years' experience with technology support is required.
Associate Degree in a related field is preferred.
Ability to trouble shoot hardware and software issues, along with computer installation and repair.

Email account creation for new staff.
