About the role

  • RTC Fellowship Program Manager leading public health programs to enhance healthcare access globally. Managing NGO partnerships and Fellow development for impactful health initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize key insights and learnings to drive agility and optimization across the company.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the RTC Fellowship program, ensuring alignment with the company’s purpose to save and improve lives globally.
  • Lead the NGO selection process including application marketing, partner selection, and project refinement.
  • Work with internal stakeholders including grant management, due diligence, Global Security, and Global Employee Health.
  • Manage the employee application period including campaigning, application preparation, and selection process.
  • Manage the preparation, onboarding, assignment, and reintegration periods including logistical preparations, i.e. communications, training, employee travel support, coordination with travel agency or event planning teams.
  • Identify and manage Alumni engagement strategies for professional development realization.
  • Identify opportunities to influence Fellows’ development in enterprise leadership skills, agility, entrepreneurship, emotional intelligence, and innovation.
  • Drive impact through execution excellence by translating strategies into actionable plans and managing resources effectively.
  • Monitor and report on program outcomes, leveraging insights to inform broader organizational strategies and inspire future initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred (e.g., public health, global health, business, or related disciplines)
  • Five (5)+ years' experience in program and project management, preferably in global health, NGO capacity building, or related sectors.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams and fostering talent development.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and structured problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including NGOs, government agencies, and cross-functional teams.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and ethical standards.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, synthesize complex inputs, and drive execution toward shared goals.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%.
