Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
10+ years in pre-sales or solution consulting, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in digital fraud prevention, with deep expertise in existing and emerging fraud vectors such as account takeover (ATO), scams, and other financial crime threats.
Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and SaaS-based cloud solutions, particularly as they relate to fraud detection and prevention.
Strong consultative selling skills and ability to align solutions with customer needs.
Solid understanding of internet security threats (e.g., phishing, malware, social engineering).
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in diverse APJ markets, particularly Japan, Australia, Malaysia, Southeast Asia, and India.
Familiarity with Outseer or similar fraud detection platforms.
Ability to manage several complex customer requirements and situations, navigate long sales cycles and efficiently handle internal and external objections.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% within the APJ region.
