  • Participate in the selection and implementation of sales enablement technology solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales enablement programs.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives to senior management.

Requirements

  • Higher degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent
  • Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in IT industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
  • Proven experience in sales and sales enablement
  • Proficiency in sales methodology, strategy and technology
  • A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
  • High level of Spanish and English and Catalan.
