Responsibilities

• Join Rossum's mission to eliminate useless paperwork for enterprises worldwide.
• As a Senior Solution Architect, you'll be the bridge between cutting-edge AI technology and real-world business challenges.
• You'll design custom integrations that save our clients millions in processing costs while directly shaping the future of our product.
• Understand customer needs and design scalable solutions that integrate Rossum with customer systems.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams
• Present technical solutions to stakeholders from IT teams to C-level executives
• Identify potential security risks to both the solution and the overall delivery process.
• Enable implementation partners with technical knowledge and best practices
• Provide product feedback based on real customer implementations
• Identify patterns in customer needs that inform product roadmap decisions

Requirements

• You love solving complex puzzles and can contextualize technical decisions by business impact
• You have engineering background and looking to solve high-level design problems rather than low-level tasks
• You are UX-sensitive, always considering how your design decisions will affect the end-user.
• You are familiar with the end-to-end development process, having participated in a dev process in some capacity (experience with JIRA is a plus).
• You thrive in in fast-paced environments
• You communicate transparently and base your decisions on data while remaining open to good arguments
• Experience with document processing, OCR, or AI/ML technologies (bonus points)
• Background in enterprise integrations or workflow automation (bonus points)
• Familiarity with accounts payable, finance operations, or business process automation (bonus points)
• Previous consulting or customer success experience in B2B SaaS (bonus points)
