Responsibilities
- Lead a tech team to design, develop, test and implement technical solutions based on business requirements
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architecture, data, product, and business partners
- Work collaboratively with quality assurance engineering teams, DevOps and PMO to ensure all SDLC processes and Agile best practices are followed
- Measure success by say/do, velocity, defect remediation, and clear value to the trading platforms
- Provide technical leadership to teammates through the technical design and implementation
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of progressive experience in owning and driving full stack applications as hands-on Engineering Tech Lead
- 6+ years of hands-on designing/deploying/migrating on-prem windows services, .Net apps and databases to AWS
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Kafka and event driven architectures/patterns
- 6+ years of related experience in capital markets with a strong understanding of trading intraday flows and financial industry
