Requirements
- Laurea in informatica, ingegneria informatica o similari
- Padronanza di uno dei seguenti linguaggi: Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Conoscenza base dei fondamenti Atlassian: Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence
- Utilizzo di automazioni Jira/JSM e concetti di app Atlassian (Forge, ScriptRunner)
- Comprensione di REST API Atlassian e uso di Postman
- Conoscenza introduttiva di Git e sviluppo software
- Concetti base di CI/CD (Bitbucket Pipelines, GitHub Actions)
- Familiarità con AI/LLM e automazioni intelligenti
- Nozioni di ITSM/ITIL
