Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of mobility services that connect diverse mobilities within and outside Woven City
Make technical decisions regarding the construction and operation of a scalable data collection infrastructure for real-time collection and accumulation of large-scale data
Lead communication with external partners, Toyota-related MaaS initiatives, and other stakeholders to drive consistent, end-to-end product development
Establish a product development process that collaborates with cross-functional teams while rapidly validating value within an agile development structure
Implement best practices in the development process and continuously improve system performance, reliability, and security
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field
Over five years of experience in large-scale backend development with a focus on scalability and availability
Experience developing APIs such as REST APIs or GraphQL
Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies
Deep understanding of at least one programming language specification (e.g., C++, C#, Java, Go, Rust, Python; Go/Python preferred)
Business-level English proficiency and conversational-level Japanese, along with work experience at a Japanese company
Ability to collaborate with team members from diverse backgrounds to drive projects forward
