Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, customer experience, lead generation and brand building, preferably in a team management role.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement, amplify brand awareness, and tangible business results.
Strong leadership abilities with experience leading and managing cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for organic and paid content distribution.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
Exceptional communication and copy writing skills with the ability to effectively present strategies and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative social media marketing initiatives that set-ups apart from others.
Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
