About the role

  • Drive new business development and close high-value commercial contracts
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with facility operators, developers, and directors
  • Conduct site walkthroughs and collaborate with estimating and PM teams to scope projects
  • Deliver compelling proposals aligned with facility goals and budgets
  • Manage pipeline activity in HubSpot CRM & BuilderTrend
  • Partner with leadership to ensure seamless project handoffs
  • Sell full-scope renovations, ADA compliance upgrades, facility expansions, occupied renovations, and design + build packages
  • Territory starts in North Florida (Tallahassee) and expands to Jacksonville, Pensacola, and beyond; travel across Florida

Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial construction sales experience
  • Direct experience selling into care-related facilities (assisted living, retirement, behavioral health, etc.)
  • Strong industry network + proven book of business
  • Proven track record of closing deals
  • Confident negotiator with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in a growth-focused, entrepreneurial environment
