Responsibilities
Identify and quantify policyholder Workers Compensation, Commercial Property, and/or Liability risks and communicate information internally
Develop risk identification and quantification approaches for the organization’s book of business
Mitigate risk for small to midsized policyholders while establishing positive relationships with customers
Conduct research or accident investigations to sustain claims and underwriting initiatives
Schedule company surveys and account service plans within standard operating protocols to identify risk factors
Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to develop and present large account service proposals
Deliver risk management services to customers to mitigate risk and identify exposures
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university with a major or emphasis in Business Administration, Risk Management, STEM, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Minimum 5 years of related experience in Risk Management, Safety or related field required
Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), CPE, or Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) preferred
Valid, current driver's license is required.
