About the role

  • Identify and quantify policyholder Workers Compensation, Commercial Property, and/or Liability risks and communicate information internally
  • Develop risk identification and quantification approaches for the organization’s book of business
  • Mitigate risk for small to midsized policyholders while establishing positive relationships with customers
  • Conduct research or accident investigations to sustain claims and underwriting initiatives
  • Schedule company surveys and account service plans within standard operating protocols to identify risk factors
  • Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to develop and present large account service proposals
  • Deliver risk management services to customers to mitigate risk and identify exposures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university with a major or emphasis in Business Administration, Risk Management, STEM, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in Risk Management, Safety or related field required
  • Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), CPE, or Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) preferred
  • Valid, current driver's license is required.
