About the role
- Senior Risk and Internal Control Analyst at Unicred ensuring compliance and managing risks in DTVM operations. Collaborating on internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of the risk management and internal control framework for the DTVM, ensuring regulatory compliance, risk assessment and mitigation, and promoting operational efficiency and sustainability of the product and service portfolio.
- Develop and identify internal controls based on risk management methodologies and regulatory requirements.
- Map operational risks (processes, products and services) and assess risks in the design of new DTVM projects.
- Draft, maintain and update the department's internal policies and procedures, ensuring regulatory adherence and institutional alignment.
- Create and analyze performance, risk and operational efficiency indicators and management reports, preparing technical assessments to support business areas.
- Identify weaknesses in the DTVM's risk management and internal controls, establish action plans and propose solutions to mitigate and improve practices.
- Assess the impact of regulatory changes and internal guidelines, implementing necessary adaptations and continuous improvements to processes and policies related to DTVM risk management and internal controls.
- Prepare technical presentations to support leadership decision-making in risk forums, audits and other committees.
Requirements
- Education: Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance or related fields.
- Experience in risk management and internal controls.
- Experience working in brokerages or securities distributors (DTVM).
- Knowledge of regulations from the Central Bank of Brazil, CVM (Brazilian Securities Commission) and BSM.
- Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills.
- PQO Compliance certification.
- Proficiency with risk management frameworks such as COSO or equivalent.
- Knowledge of risk management methodologies, tools and metrics.
- Expertise in control testing applied to processes, products and services.
- Deep knowledge of regulations and regulatory bodies of the financial system applicable to DTVMs.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
