About the role

• Senior Project Manager managing technical and engineering aspects of factory projects at Livin Farms. Involves planning, scheduling, and quality control in the animal feed industry.

Responsibilities

• The Senior Project Manager (Anlagenbau) oversees and coordinates all technical and engineering aspects of our factory projects.
• This role involves planning, scheduling, forecasting, and managing every technical task to ensure accuracy, optimal resource allocation, and high quality throughout the project lifecycle, consistently delivering results on time.
• Process engineering planning and concept development for industrial plants.
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned projects.
• Monitor compliance with applicable practices, performance standards and specifications.
• Perform overall quality control of the work related to the assigned project/s (budget, schedule, plans, contractors/project members performance) and report regularly on project status.
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
• Interact daily with the clients (internal/external) to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
• Participation in assembly monitoring and plant commissioning.
• Create safety considerations and risk analyses.
• Execute and coordinate multidisciplinary feasibility studies.
• Manage coordination and negotiations with suppliers and customers.

Requirements

• You have a completed diploma or master's degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering, chemistry or similar areas
• You have solid experience in the development, planning and commissioning of industrial plants in a project management role
• You can work with multiple discipline projects and teams and an advanced level of project management and supervision skills.
• You enjoy working in a team and with people from different disciplines.
• Fluent level of English and German language skills is mandatory.
