About the role

Responsibilities
- The Senior Project Manager (Anlagenbau) oversees and coordinates all technical and engineering aspects of our factory projects.
- This role involves planning, scheduling, forecasting, and managing every technical task to ensure accuracy, optimal resource allocation, and high quality throughout the project lifecycle, consistently delivering results on time.
- Process engineering planning and concept development for industrial plants.
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned projects.
- Monitor compliance with applicable practices, performance standards and specifications.
- Perform overall quality control of the work related to the assigned project/s (budget, schedule, plans, contractors/project members performance) and report regularly on project status.
- Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
- Interact daily with the clients (internal/external) to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
- Participation in assembly monitoring and plant commissioning.
- Create safety considerations and risk analyses.
- Execute and coordinate multidisciplinary feasibility studies.
- Manage coordination and negotiations with suppliers and customers.
Requirements
- You have a completed diploma or master's degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering, chemistry or similar areas
- You have solid experience in the development, planning and commissioning of industrial plants in a project management role
- You can work with multiple discipline projects and teams and an advanced level of project management and supervision skills.
- You enjoy working in a team and with people from different disciplines.
- Fluent level of English and German language skills is mandatory.
