Responsibilities
- Responsibility for project and account management of large, complex digital marketing projects.
- Direct communication with clients — from consulting and strategy development to operational implementation.
- Technical leadership in SEO & website management — including trend and competitor analyses.
- Identification and integration of new technologies and trends such as artificial intelligence (AI) in the SEO context.
- Coordination of experts inside and outside the team in multichannel projects (SEO, SEA, Social Media, Programmatic, Analytics).
- Creation and interpretation of reports and derivation of strategic recommendations for action.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading and advising on complex digital projects, ideally on the agency side.
- Extensive expertise in SEO (on-page, technical SEO, content strategy) and practical experience in website management, ideally with WordPress.
- Experience with leading SEO tools, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and, ideally, social media campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Good understanding of other digital marketing channels and their interplay within integrated strategies.
- Strong communication skills and a confident presence in direct client interactions.
- Structured, independent working style with a focus on quality, deadlines and budget adherence.
- Active interest in new technologies.
- Fluent communication in German and English.
