Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end execution of cross-functional projects that align with McKesson’s enterprise and S&P goals.
Establish and enforce project governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to PMO standards, methodologies, and best practices across all initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, business unit stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and accountability.
Partner with change management and communications teams to develop and execute strategies that drive adoption of new tools, processes, and systems.
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including project milestones and budget adherence.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance project delivery, and scale best practices across the S&P portfolio.
Deliver high-quality, data-driven updates and presentations to S&P Leadership and executive stakeholders, supporting prioritization and strategic decision-making.
Requirements
3–5 years of progressive project management experience, preferably in a procurement, supply chain, or enterprise operations environment.
Demonstrated success managing large-scale, cross-functional projects with significant business impact.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
Strong working knowledge of change management principles and tools.
Familiarity with SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus.
