  • Strategic HR Project Manager leading complex HR initiatives at The Hershey Company. Integrating AI-driven solutions, enhancing employee experience, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the HR ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex HR initiatives by integrating AI‑driven solutions and digital transformation
  • Partner closely with HR leadership, COEs, Technology, and business stakeholders
  • Directly lead, mentor, and develop project team members
  • Establish clear governance, reporting, and success metrics to ensure transparency
  • Lead change and adoption strategies
  • Embed AI and automation into project management schemas

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 5 to 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in a matrixed or COE-aligned environment
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire cross‑functional teams
  • Basic understanding of embedding AI/automation into project management
  • Working knowledge of core HR functions (HRSD, Talent, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, Learning, Job Architecture)
