- Negotiate contract scope and final pricing with clients
- Convert bid tabs to cost reports and maintain them through closeout
- Manage schedule of values, cash flow projections, and monthly billings
- Manage project receivables and payables
- Ensure subcontractor and vendor scopes support full contract compliance
- Verify subcontractor billings align with project financials to maintain positive cash flow
- Coordinate subcontractor and vendor schedules with overall project scheduling
- Assist in negotiating subcontract and purchase order terms
- Assist with selecting the project team at award
- Identify personnel needs and oversee hiring of labor
- Manage and maintain labor budget development and execution
- Ensure proper documentation of administrative and personnel procedures
- Set clear expectations and distribute consistent information to team members
