About the role

  • Project Manager leading healthcare/medical tenant improvement projects from precon to closeout. Managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors while ensuring patient safety in occupied environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead TI projects from budgeting, bidding, buyout, and planning through construction, closeout, and turnover
  • Build and manage project schedules; coordinate subcontractors and vendors; track productivity, materials, and lead times
  • Manage cost control: estimates, buyout comparisons, change orders, forecasting, and monthly reporting
  • Partner with owners/tenants, architects/engineers, and field leadership to resolve conflicts and maintain quality
  • Drive healthcare-specific requirements (as applicable): ICRA planning, interim life safety, infection control coordination, clean/dirty pathways, off-hours work, and tie-ins

Requirements

  • 3–8+ years of commercial construction PM experience with a strong concentration in interiors/TI and healthcare/medical
  • Proven track record owning budget/schedule and delivering TI projects safely and on time
  • Strong subcontractor management, change management, and client communication skills
