About the role
- Senior Project Manager managing and developing large-scale engineering projects in the nuclear sector. Contributing actively to business development and project success at Norda Stelo.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, from planning through final delivery, ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules and quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate multidisciplinary teams involved in projects.
- Maintain close communication with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and successful outcomes.
- Actively participate in developing the nuclear sector project portfolio.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
- Serve as a mentor and technical point of reference for project teams.
Requirements
- University degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years’ experience in project management within the nuclear sector or on similarly large-scale projects.
- Demonstrated experience in business development and client relationship management.
- Strong leadership, planning, and risk management skills.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written (French is an asset).
- In-depth knowledge of standards and practices specific to the nuclear sector.
