Responsibilities
- Global responsibility for the business development of MANN+HUMMEL in the industrial segment
- Development and definition of a global industrial distribution strategy
- Analysis of global and local market potential, identification of target customers and business opportunities, and development of global and regional growth targets in close coordination with the respective country managers
- Interface function with adjacent areas such as the Aftermarket
- Definition of guidelines for global pricing strategies of market products for distributors
- Monitoring of industry revenues, margin development, and relevant KPIs

Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field
- At least 3 to 5 years of solid experience in sales, preferably within the industrial market segment
- Experience in technical sales or engineering
- Ideally, strong knowledge in the field of filtration
- Fluent and business‑level proficiency in German and English
